Birds Eye Folly Beach
Spring Retreat
BE(yond)
Sunday, March 16th-Thursday, March 20th (this retreat is currently full, please complete application if you would like to be on the waitlist).
This is a 4-night Retreat designed for aspiring and existing women entrepreneurs and leaders who would like to bring their work and play seaside for a few days. While the majority of this retreat is self-guided in nature, Birds Eye’s founder and lead consultant, Annie Milroy Price will be offering a series of check-ins and short workshops to help participants explore the Birds Eye Adventure core themes of Restoration, Reflection, Creativity, and Connection. Participants are encouraged to bring with them a project that they are longing to dedicate time and energy to, ideally something that you would like to receive support and feedback on throughout the retreat. It can be personal or professional in nature, or one of each.
Theme: Be(yond)
In this particular Folly retreat, we will be playing with what it looks and feels like to be truly present with the current matter and course of our lives, while also exploring what lies just beyond our comfort zone that could spark exciting new growth and pathways for ourselves and our ventures. And, we will also be honoring and celebrating the transition from Winter to Spring!
Schedule
SUNDAY EVENING: RestorE
Arrive late afternoon and settle into our beautiful space. Unhook from the day-to-day decision-making of your venture and begin connecting with others who will share in the offerings of this retreat with you. We will have a short session to establish initial connections in the group and begin defining courses of action for the coming days. This evening will include dinner provided by Birds Eye.
MONDAY: Reflect
This day will be dedicated to reflecting on your project(s) and assessing what aspects are calling for deeper reflection or creativity. The day will begin with a morning session led by Annie Milroy Price and the afternoon will then be self-guided and is your opportunity to dig deeper.
Light breakfast and dinner provided.
Tuesday & Wednesday: CreatE
These days are dedicated to creating for the benefit of both business and self. We will have morning and late afternoon check-ins but the vast majority of the time is yours. Examples of ways to spend these days include: photo shoots for your marketing materials, writing new content, creating a timeline to reach your future goals, or giving yourself the freedom to just see what happens.
Light breakfast provided both mornings and dinner provided one evening. The other evening has an option to dine out.
THURSDAY Morning: Connect
We conclude our retreat with an early morning closing circle to synthesize the past few days and set the glide path for our journey home. We will then begin the process of connecting the key takeaways of our time together back into our daily lives. Connection that happens on these retreats lasts way beyond our physical time together. We will begin to foster those as we wrap up the retreat.
Light breakfast provided.
